Have you ever been walking alone and wondered what would happen if you were attacked with little to no notice?

What if you didnt have time to call 911? Why would you want to pull out your expensive phone while someones robbing you? Would you feel safe trying to pull out your phone for help with a knife or gun involved?

Being college students, weve heard many stories of this happening to friends while walking off campus.

What if you had a lifeline that didnt involve pulling out your phone, and didnt involve anything but your phone?

This is where Watchdog comes in. Your friends and family can monitor your location while you walk in unsafe places or to their houses.


***Safety Mode***
Choose friends and family to be your "guards". They can monitor your location and are ready to protect you if something bad happens.

If you feel unsafe, or if youre face-to-face with an aggressor, just put your hand on your pocket or purse and quickly shake your phone side-to-side. Watchdog also detects if your headphones are taken out.

Without pulling out your phone, your "guards" receive a notification showing that you are in trouble, along with your address and an option to call 911.

Watchdog uses a custom algorithm to prevent false shake triggers. So you can feel free to run or jump without worry of a false alert being sent.

A custom timer allows for you to customize how quickly an alert is sent to your "guards", in case of a false panic. You can also set a passcode to prevent aggressors from disabling your alert during the timer countdown.


***Guard Mode***
Any friends who ask you to guard them (friends in "safety" mode) will be visible on a map in guard mode. You can monitor their location and view their current address.

If something happens to them, youll get a notification with their address and an option to call 911.


***Location Sharing Mode***
Watchdog also lets you quickly and easily share your location with friends. See your friends locations on a map and see their current addresses. You can turn your location on and off with a quick flip of a switch, while still viewing your friends locations.
